Wonderful and Spacious Stay!
great spacecomfortable roomamazing foodsmall fridge
The room had great space and comfort. The food tasted amazing. I decided to treat myself to a facial the next day and it was wonderful. Lovely Jessica at reception looked after me beautifully!
I think a small fridge in the room would have improved my stay.

The hotel included an amazing spa, that I fully appreciated. It had a wide range of treatments! The gym looked well equipped with several cardio machines and free weights. Accessible parking bays are available, some include access aisles.

The staff at breakfast were friendly and helpful, even going above and beyond! Jessica at reception was very kind and catered to my needs. Magella did a miracle on my tired face and knotty neck.

The hotel features views of the Lough from many rooms, beautiful! The location provides a serene backdrop for a relaxing stay. The hotel had quick access to main roads, though the surroundings were peaceful.

the room was a standard twin room and it was so clean. there was four water bottles there for us. the restaurant had good food, it really did. the staff was helpful also.
i had to paid extra for the thermal suite. it was twenty euros for just one hour, so short. my latte at breakfast also had an extra charge, even if i paid near 200€ a night. i dont think it feel as a 4 star hotel.

my room was super clean. i got a lake view. the room was also soundproof. breakfast had a lovely selection of foods.
thermal suite access cost extra. it was twenty euros. that seemed costly because i was already a hotel guest.

the hotel is near local shops. i saw multiple restaurants within walking distance. this area provides convenient access and a variety of dining and shopping options . this also makes exploring the local area easy.

The room was super clean. It also had a very nice view of the lake. Staff was very nice and friendly. I appreciate the hotel offering to pay for the taxi in advance since we didn't have cash.
The dinner quality diminished significantly. The soup was cold. I did not eat my main meal because the taste was very strong, unlike the stir fry I remember.
