Reviews and Ratings
We had a split experience at this hotel. While the spa treatments were fantastic, the overall service felt disjointed, and there were frustrating delays during meals. The location worked well for our group, but the access to the spa left much to be desired. However, the dining options were delicious and well-prepared, making the stay somewhat worthwhile despite the hitches.
I recently stayed at this hotel and was impressed by the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms, but the dining experience was a letdown. The service was courteous, especially upon check-in, although there were noticeable gaps in staff training that impacted overall satisfaction. As for the location, it was convenient for accessing nearby attractions, but I wouldn’t rate the food as highly this time around.
I had a mixed experience during my stay. While the rooms were comfortable and the food enjoyable, I was disappointed with the lack of attention to detail, particularly regarding the cleanliness of the bathroom and inadequate Wi-Fi services. Overall, I felt that the hotel offered a reasonable value, but certain aspects need improvement to reach its full potential.
I had a mix of experiences during my stay. The hotel staff were incredibly welcoming, and the room was spacious and immaculate with a lovely view. However, I faced some confusion with my booking that impacted my stay negatively, especially as noise from an event disturbed my rest. Overall, it seems like the hotel has great potential, but service consistency is an area that needs attention.
The hotel has its strengths, like comfortable beds and a pleasant location near the lake, but it also has notable drawbacks like poor Wi-Fi in the rooms and dining service that could use improvement. If you need a basic stay near Loughrea, this place might suffice, but I wouldn't go back just for the spa or restaurant experience.
