We had a split experience at this hotel. While the spa treatments were fantastic, the overall service felt disjointed, and there were frustrating delays during meals. The location worked well for our group, but the access to the spa left much to be desired. However, the dining options were delicious and well-prepared, making the stay somewhat worthwhile despite the hitches.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was impressed by the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms, but the dining experience was a letdown. The service was courteous, especially upon check-in, although there were noticeable gaps in staff training that impacted overall satisfaction. As for the location, it was convenient for accessing nearby attractions, but I wouldn’t rate the food as highly this time around.
